Free Shipping on ALL orders.

  • Does not include Rush Delivery
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Domestic Shipping

Depending on what we carry in stock, please allow at least 2 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Some items actually ship the same day. All orders are shipped as soon as possible.

We use US Postal Service or FEDEX for delivery. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email for your order & you will be given a tracking number.

HOLIDAY ORDERS: Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advanced to guarantee Holiday delivery. It is the customers own responsibility to allow ample time for their order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping timeframe does not apply to any checks submitted thru PAYPAL — May take an additional 2 weeks if payment made by check thru PAYPAL.

Please make sure the shipping address provided is a valid shipping address. The Zucco Fine Art Gallery will not be held responsible for invalid addresses given by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid shipping address to the Zucco Fine Art Gallery. If the Zucco Fine Art Gallery has to reship an order due to invalid information given during checkout, the Zucco Fine Art Gallery will charge $15.00 to reship an order to you. (International Delivery charges will be evaluated at time order is to be reshipped and do not apply to the $15.00 charges)

We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Please contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.

Domestic Shipping Charges.

Handling Fee:

There is a $2.00 handling fee for all orders

If your order qualifies for free shipping, please note that there will be a handling fee of $2.00 only + Sales Tax (the applied tax for your state if any)

Rush shipping rates start at $16.25 (rate is based on weight of shipment & location)

International Shipping and Handling Cost

International orders may require an additional shipping charge. We will contact you via email to notify you of the added amount. Standard international Shipping and Handling Costs for all items are determined according to the total cost of your order. International delivery will take longer for processing & delivery, this is due to different customs, etc. International shipping will usually require additional shipping time. We use United States Postal Service, UPS, or FEDEX for International Delivery. A signature may be required during delivery. You will receive a tracking confirmation number when your order is ready to ship. Billing Address must match Shipping Address in order for your order to be processed

The Zucco Fine Art Gallery reserves the right to request additional information from International Customers.

Depending on the items that you order, shipping times can vary greatly.

**Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.**

Any package delivered to a destination outside of the USA may incur custom/duty fees that are imposed by your local government. The Zucco Fine Art Gallery, by no means, takes responsibility of paying any of these fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees prior to accepting a shipment from us. Should any package be refused because of these charges and sent back to us, the following fees will be imposed to you prior to the refund back to your credit card: shipping charge back to us, 20% cancellation fee for the entire purchase price.

Non-Deliverable, Refused & Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we may attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, FEDEX or UPS. For your protection and ours, most orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery. If someone will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace, a business, or any location where someone can sign for your package.


Only Ct residents are charged Ct sales tax at .06%
